Improvements - REST

• Improved error reporting for configuration file.

• Added missing default values for imageCompare and detectMoves in REST schema.

• REST command line client now downloads results from the REST server (instead of using output parameter), also fixing issue with file paths on Windows.

Bug Fixes - REST

• Fixed NullPointerException when specifying a configuration file.

• Fixed Cloud IO not working due to a JAXB error.

• Fixed default configuration files not being loaded.
