Improvements
Improved error message in the case of a missing/invalid license with the REST server.
Bug fixes
Running a comparison after shutting down the REST server no longer throws an exception for licenses not being checked in.
Error thrown for attempting to run a rest server with missing or broken license tells you what is wrong rather than throwing a cannot checkin license exception.
When MoveDetectionConfig is set via DCP the new moves are no longer turned off when the deprecated moves-with-keys aren't used.
An error relating to CUST-1293 where a comparison would get stuck in the QUEUED state when using REST client has been fixed.
Using the REST client with files with special characters and spaces in filenames now works correctly. This was customer support case CUST-1293.
Fixed interaction between white space normalisation and element moves.
Fixed an issue with redundant license check-ins with the REST server.
